After Iran launched a missile operation against Israeli territory in retaliation for attacks on Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir held an emergency situation assessment meeting with army commanders. In the meeting, Zamir delivered a clear message to the military leadership, stating, "The Israeli army will decisively attack the enemy as soon as the order is given."

In a statement issued by the Israeli army, Zamir's remarks during the meeting were also included. According to the statement, Zamir said, "The Israeli army will resolutely attack the enemy as soon as orders are given."
IRAN'S RETALIATION AGAINST ISRAEL
The Israeli army, despite the ceasefire, carried out an airstrike on the Dahiyeh district of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. Iranian officials responded to this Israeli attack and announced that they would retaliate.
Due to missiles fired from Iran in three waves, sirens sounded in many cities in northern Israel; it was reported that approximately 10 missiles were launched from Iran towards Israel.
