The Israeli army has committed 6 violations of the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon on its 29th day. The number of violations by the Israeli army since the ceasefire was declared on November 27 has risen to 301, resulting in 33 deaths and 37 injuries in these attacks.
ISRAEL DRONES FLY LOW OVER HIZBULLAH'S STRONGHOLD
According to the Lebanese news agency NNA, the Israeli army carried out violations such as bombardment, setting houses on fire, flying warplanes and drones, and opening fire in various regions, including Baalbek in eastern Lebanon and Bint Jbeil in the south. Israeli drones were observed flying low over Dahiyeh, known as Hizbullah's stronghold, south of the capital Beirut.
Israeli warplanes targeted a house in the Tariya plain of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon, with no casualties or injuries reported. In Bint Jbeil, south in the region of Nabatiyeh, Israeli soldiers set a house on fire in the town of Marun al-Ras and opened fire with medium and heavy weapons within the town.
In southeastern Lebanon, Israeli warplanes and drones were seen flying. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, since October 8, 2023, at least 4,061 people have died, including 1,106 women and children, and 222 health workers, while 16,661 people have been injured.
ISRAEL DISPLAYED WEAPONS AND VEHICLES CAPTURED FROM HIZBULLAH
Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces displayed equipment, ammunition, and vehicles captured from Hizbullah. It was reported that the weapons and equipment were seized during operations conducted by Israeli soldiers in more than 30 villages in South Lebanon since the end of September.
The display included 6,840 RPG rockets and anti-tank missiles, including 340 Russian-made Kornets, 9,000 explosive devices and hand grenades, 2,250 unguided rockets and mortars, 2,700 assault rifles, 2,860 other weapons including sniper rifles, and 60 anti-aircraft missiles.
The army also displayed 20 vehicles belonging to Hizbullah, 60,800 electronic equipment, communication devices, computers, documents, and 300 surveillance equipment.
The ceasefire agreement reached between Lebanon and Israel came into effect on Wednesday, November 27, at 04:00 local time (05:00 TRT). The second article of the agreement stated, "The Lebanese government will prevent Hizbullah or any other armed groups located in Lebanese territory from conducting any operations against Israel, and Israel will not carry out any military attacks against civilian, military, or state targets in Lebanon by land, sea, or air."
