The Palestine International Forum for Media and Communication has ended with a call to media outlets to provide better quality coverage of Palestinian events and developments.
During the two-day media seminar on Palestine in Istanbul, conferences, seminars, workshops and training sessions were held as part of an effort to find different aspects of media work to serve the Palestinian cause, and research ways to develop and enhance cooperation between organizations.
Hisham Qasem, general coordinator of the Palestine Media Club, said on Thursday there was an increasing necessity to face attempts to weaken the Palestinian cause and isolate it from its Arab and Islamic depth as well as its humanitarian dimension.
