The case file related to the murder of Sinan Ateş included correspondence from a commissioner who is under investigation. It was revealed that the commissioner referred to a person, indicating the detained lawyer Serdar Öktem, saying, "He is the one who found the children."

As the trial regarding the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları General President Sinan Ateş approaches the decision stage, it has emerged that an important correspondence has entered the case file. It was noted in the correspondence of Commissioner Talha A., who is under investigation, that he sent an information note to one of the defendants, Tolgahan Demirbaş, after the murder. It was learned that the commissioner referred to the detained lawyer Serdar Öktem in that correspondence, stating, "He is the one who found the children."

"HE IS THE ONE WHO FOUND THE CHILDREN. ÇEP'S LAWYER"

According to DW Turkish's report, new correspondences found on the confiscated phone of Talha A., who served as a commissioner in the Traffic Branch of the Ankara Police Department at the time of the murder, were sent to the court by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It was determined that Talha A. communicated via messages with some individuals related to the murder. According to the document, A. responded to a question about why Serdar Öktem was detained at that time by saying, "I know him as a lawyer. He is the one who found the children. Çep's lawyer." It is claimed that one of the defendants in the case, Doğukan Çep, is the instigator of the murder of Sinan Ateş. In one of his correspondences, Talha A. wrote that Emre Yüksel, who was detained, was the personal secretary of Ülkü Ocakları General President Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım, and in response to the question, "Who is left, who else will they take?" he indicated Yıldırım by saying "AYY." It was understood that Talha A. closely followed the developments after the murder of Sinan Ateş. He sent messages to the individuals he contacted regarding the matter, stating, "Dodo has been caught," "Tolgahan swallowed the pill," "He will be punished," "From aiding and abetting," "They have spilled inside."

HE SPOKE ON THE PHONE WITH TOLGAHAN DEMİRBAŞ

It was determined that Talha A. sent the police information note to Tolgahan Demirbaş the day after the murder of Sinan Ateş, saying, "He came yesterday after the incident." It was also found that Talha A. spoke on the phone with Tolgahan Demirbaş both before and after the murder. When this correspondence was questioned in his statement to the prosecutor's office, Tolgahan Demirbaş replied, "We know each other because we are in the same community as Atalay. I do not have frequent contact. I did not request an information note regarding the Ateş murder. He may have sent it to inform me. Sending the information note has no relation to the murder."

HE IS AMONG 17 SUSPECTS

Talha A., who was detained as part of the investigation, was released. He is still among the 17 suspects under investigation regarding the murder of Sinan Ateş. The investigation concerning the 17 individuals, including Ülkü Ocakları General President Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım, has not yet been completed. It has been learned that the prosecutor is waiting for the examination of the confiscated digital materials belonging to some suspects to be completed.
