STATEMENT TO KAP

The statement made to KAP by the club is as follows;

"An agreement has been reached with SV Werder Bremen GmbH&Co. KGaA regarding the temporary transfer of our professional footballer Derrick Köhn with a purchase option for the 2024-2025 season.

According to the agreement, if the purchase option is exercised, SV Werder Bremen GmbH&Co. KGaA will pay a transfer fee of 5,125,000 euros to our club.

In addition, the agreement includes a conditional bonus of 400,000 euros for the temporary transfer period."
