Justice Minister Tunç: "It is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the AK Party that have eliminated the Kurdish issue."

Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç made statements at the 7th Ordinary General Assembly of the AK Party Bartın Women's Branch. Evaluating the agenda, Tunç used striking expressions.

Tunç stated, "If there is a problem referred to as the 'Kurdish issue' in the 90s and earlier years, the one who eliminated this problem is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, it is the AK Party." He added, "Before Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, a mother in prison could not speak to her child in her mother tongue. She could not defend herself in her mother tongue in court. Continuing his statements, Tunç said, "We have gained a state television broadcasting in Kurdish. Kurdish institutes have been established in our universities. Elective courses have been introduced. A wide area has been opened regarding educational rights. The one who eliminated all problems, who intertwined the Kurdish issue with history, and who strives to keep us all together, whether Turkish, Kurdish, Laz, or Circassian, is Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, it is the AK Party.
