According to HT Spor's news; Kazımcan Karataş, who could not be selected for the National Team, accepted the invitation from the North Macedonia National Team.

The young defender, who previously successfully wore the star and crescent jersey in Turkey's U-17, U-19 and U-21 lower age categories, made his choice at the senior team level in favor of North Macedonia. It was stated that this decision was met with great joy on the North Macedonian side.
