As the crisis continues in the CHP following the absolute nullity decision, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyer Celal Çelik submitted a petition to the Ankara Provincial Police Department for the second time. The petition stated that despite the court ruling, the CHP Headquarters had not been vacated and even deputies were not allowed into the building. Çelik noted that all attempts at negotiation had been unsuccessful and requested that necessary actions be taken to hand over the headquarters to Kılıçdaroğlu's administration.

The crisis in the CHP, which began after the absolute nullity decision, continues to escalate. Following the tension and scuffle during the eviction at the CHP headquarters, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's camp has applied to the Ankara Provincial Police Department for the second time.

ENTRY TO HEADQUARTERS DENIED

It has been reported that Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyers and some deputies were not allowed into the building this morning after the appeals court's decision to annul the CHP Congress and temporarily appoint Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu as chairman.

During the tension at the headquarters, a scuffle broke out between the parties, and security measures around the building were increased.

LAWYER CELAL ÇELİK'S SECOND PETITION TO THE POLICE

Following the incidents, it was stated that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyer, Celal Çelik, submitted a second petition to the Ankara Provincial Police Department.

In Çelik's petition, the following statements were included: "Despite the decision of the Ankara Regional Court of Justice 36th Civil Chamber and the notification documents issued in the file of the Ankara 3rd General Enforcement Office, the authority to represent the CHP belongs to the Chairman, Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, and his administration, yet the headquarters has persistently not been vacated by the previous party officials. Despite all constructive initiatives and the efforts of deputies to negotiate, deputies were not even allowed into the headquarters; moreover, despite attempts to establish constructive dialogue for a long time, no result was achieved. Therefore, we request the necessary actions to be taken for the transfer of the party headquarters to us."

"COMPLY WITH THE COURT DECISION"

Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, speaking through Press Advisor Atakan Sönmez, said to the CHP organization: "Comply with the court decision. Measures will be taken against those who act contrary to instructions. Do not engage in any actions or behaviors contrary to organizational culture."

CRISIS DEEPENS IN CHP

The tension that lasted throughout the day in front of the CHP headquarters indicated that the management crisis within the party is further escalating. The scuffle between Kılıçdaroğlu supporters and groups close to the party management, as well as the riot police measures, had previously drawn attention. It is being discussed in party circles that new developments may occur in the coming hours.
