In the incident in the Altınordu district of Ordu, Mehmet Hilmi Güler, the Metropolitan Municipality Mayor who was found to have suffered a heart condition, received his first treatment at Medical Park Ordu Hospital. It was decided that Güler's treatment would continue in Istanbul at his own request. Accordingly, he was transferred to Istanbul via an air ambulance provided by the Ministry of Health.
