The statement said, "The central focus of the meeting was the increasingly difficult situation in the Middle East, as well as the joint commitment to support Ukraine's territorial integrity and the pursuit of a just and lasting peace." It was also reported that, in the context of bilateral relations, the common desire to hold a summit and a Business Forum between the two governments as soon as possible to further strengthen relations was reiterated.
