During the budget discussions of the Ministry of Health at the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu was protested with baby clothes due to the "Newborn Gang." The tension escalated further when Minister Memişoğlu responded to the calls for "Resignation" coming from the opposition benches with a smile.

In the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission, the budget discussions of the Ministry of Health began with CHP deputies protesting the Newborn Gang. They stated that they would not listen to Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu's presentation and left the room.

The budget discussions of the Ministry of Health in the TBMM Planning and Budget Commission started with the protest of the Newborn Gang by CHP deputies. Opposition deputies showed Minister Memişoğlu the baby clothes, booties, overalls, and baby gloves they brought to the commission. The deputies reacted by saying, "Babies died without wearing these." CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba told Memişoğlu, "There is no resignation or shame in the country."

After Minister Memişoğlu responded with laughter to the resignation calls from the opposition benches, the deputies reacted by saying, "You came here to smirk, what more do you need to resign?"

AK PARTY'S "YOU ARE SHOWING OFF" OUTBURST

The deputies also unfurled a banner saying "Health Minister resign." CHP İzmir Deputy Rahmi Aşkın Türeli said, "We invite Health Minister Memişoğlu to resign." All opposition deputies chanted "Resign, resign." While AK Party members said, "You are showing off," the opposition responded, "The show in the country started in 2002."

TENSIONS ROSE, A BREAK WAS GIVEN

The opposition deputies reacted by saying, "We are facing the biggest disgrace in health history, what more needs to happen for you to resign?" As tensions rose, Minister Memişoğlu's presentation was interrupted before the budget discussions began.
