Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi announced preparations for legal regulation for citizens who suffered grievances as part of the fund investigation. Stating that a bill will be submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey next week, Çiftçi said that payments will be covered not from the state budget but with resources obtained from those who obtained unjust gains.

A BILL FOR FUND VICTIMS IS COMING TO PARLIAMENT
Interior Minister Mustafa Çiftçi participated in a live broadcast on Kontv in his hometown Konya, where he went to hold various meetings, and answered questions about the agenda. One of the most notable topics in Minister Mustafa Çiftçi's statements was the preparations for compensating the losses of citizens victimized within the scope of the fund investigation. Stating that work is ongoing to remedy the fund victimizations, Minister Mustafa Çiftçi announced that a concrete step would be taken regarding the legal regulation. Announcing that a bill would be submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey next week, Minister Çiftçi said that the regulation would determine the road map for payments to victims.
PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE MADE FROM THE STATE BUDGET
Minister Çiftçi also clarified from which sources the victims' losses would be covered. Emphasizing that the public budget would not be used for the payments, Çiftçi stated that resources obtained from individuals who gained unfair profit would be transferred to the victims. Minister Çiftçi used the following statements on the matter: "It must be stated here that absolutely no money related to this issue will be paid from the state treasury or the budget. With the money obtained from those who gained unfair profit, and with the fund collected from people who earned income there, the money of the people who were victimized will be paid."
COMMITTEE FORMED UNDER CHAIRMANSHIP OF VICE PRESIDENT
Providing information about the work carried out within the scope of the fund investigation, Minister Çiftçi said that a fund committee had been formed under the chairmanship of the Vice President. Minister Çiftçi also emphasized that the fund victimizations did not cover the entire fund market.
VICTIMS' LOSSES WILL BE COMPENSATED AT CERTAIN RATES
Minister Çiftçi said that with the prepared regulation, it was aimed to compensate at least a portion of the victims' losses. Stating that once the bill comes to Parliament, it will become clearer how the process will proceed, Minister Çiftçi used the following statements: "I also know that there is preparation for a legal regulation on this. Next week, a bill on this will also come to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Along with it, the road map of this matter will become somewhat clearer."
"OUR STATE HAS NEVER LEFT ITS CITIZENS VICTIMIZED"
Giving assurance to the fund victims, Minister Çiftçi included the following words in his statement: "Our state has never left its citizens victimized. It will not do so from now on either. God willing, the grievances of those who experienced that victimization will at least be remedied to a certain extent. This will be done without using the resources of the state, the nation, or the budget in any way."
