Minister Şimşek's Investment Visit to Two Gulf Countries

The Minister of Treasury and Finance, Mehmet Şimşek, will hold meetings in Qatar and meet with investors. After his visit, he will proceed to Kuwait to meet with investors there as well.

The Minister of Treasury and Finance, Mehmet Şimşek, will make an official visit to Qatar and Kuwait. According to information obtained from the ministry, Şimşek will hold meetings in Qatar as part of his program. Minister Şimşek will first meet with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdurrahman Al Sani, in the capital Doha.

Following this, Şimşek is expected to meet with the Minister of Finance, Ali bin Ahmed al-Kuwari, and the CEO of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mansur bin Ibrahim al-Mahmoud, and will also meet with investors as part of the "Invest in Türkiye" program.

MINISTER ŞİMŞEK'S SECOND DESTINATION IS KUWAIT

After the meetings in Doha, Şimşek will proceed to Kuwait, where he will meet with the Minister of Finance and State Minister for Economy and Investments, Nura Suleyman al-Fassam, as well as the CEO of the Kuwait Investment Authority, Ganim Suleyman al-Guneyman. Minister Şimşek will return to the country after the investor meeting to be held in Kuwait.
