Speaking on the live broadcast of tv100, Sinan Burhan conveyed the statement of Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç regarding the matter. Burhan stated that Tunç said, "There is no confirmed day for this issue. The process is ongoing. We cannot say 'on this day'."

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli reiterated his call made at the party's group meeting on October 22, saying, "The DEM Party and Imralı should meet face to face." Following Bahçeli's call, the co-chairs of the DEM Party submitted a written application to the Ministry of Justice to meet with terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Today, President Erdoğan, who supported Bahçeli's agenda-setting call at the AK Party group meeting, used the following expressions: "We act in harmony and coordination with Mr. Bahçeli on every issue. Mr. Bahçeli has indeed put forward a courageous and paradigm-shifting proposal. As the president, we are also addressing this issue meticulously and calmly, considering its political, social, and regional implications. The current situation does not allow us to be very hopeful.
