I also said in the first match we played in the league that there is no logic in waiting 75 minutes for a press conference. I congratulated the coach and made a statement to the broadcasting organization, and then I waited for 75 minutes. I understand that the away team's head coach enters the press conference first. Let's start with the motivation part. When you lose a match, you suffer. If you lose a derby, your pain is threefold. I can't say we didn't suffer; we are professionals. We need to show a reaction. A big victory won't lift me up, and a big defeat won't send me to hell. We must draw positive results from this defeat. Our players know that we need to get out of this unhappy feeling. The only way to do that is to win matches.

The day after the derby, we were here at 10. We did our analyses. We trained here on Sunday and yesterday. From a morale perspective, the defeat that hurts us can turn into a motivational factor.

I had in mind to change players match by match. What I will do tomorrow will not be a simple rotation. I will try to change some dynamics. We will rotate tomorrow, but not to listen, just to put the best team we have on the field. I agree that İrfan Can Kahveci should play in the starting eleven. He will play tomorrow.
