Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho reacted sharply to a question about Arda Güler ahead of the Sevilla match. The Portuguese coach, who argued that the team's development was not appreciated enough, spoke highly of the young star.
In the press conference held before the LaLiga match in which Real Madrid will play Sevilla, the Arda Güler question drew attention. While answering a question about the national footballer's role in build-up play, head coach Jose Mourinho argued that the work done was not appreciated enough.
"YOU ATTRIBUTE EVERYTHING THAT GOES WELL TO LUCK"
Mourinho was reminded that at the start of the season there had been question marks over Arda Güler taking on the responsibility of organizing play from midfield. With the team showing improvement in this area in recent matches, he was asked whether the young player was now a more ideal option for that role.
The Portuguese coach responded to the question with these words:
"The secret is only working, working and working... There is great effort here, but it seems to me that it is very difficult for you to give the work done the credit it deserves.
