The news of the death of FETÖ leader Fethullah Gülen, who is behind the July 15 coup attempt, the conspiracy trials, and many crises, was confirmed by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

The Ministry of National Defense made the following statement after the death of the terrorist Gülen: "The FETÖ leader, who has caused great harm to our state and our heroic army, has died, with the brains he has turned into 'mankurts' plotting against the independence and future of the noble Turkish nation.
