Murat Pınar, the father of 10-year-old Mahra who lost her life in a traffic accident while trying to escape from stray street dogs, and the founder of the Safe Streets Association, was a guest on Melis Yaşar's show at Haberler.com YouTube studio. Speaking about the proposed law regarding stray street dogs, Pınar stated, "It is necessary to take care of dogs in their living areas instead of having our children torn apart on the streets. Stray street dogs should definitely be taken to shelters."

The founder of Safe Streets Association, Murat Pınar, who lost his 10-year-old daughter in a street dog attack, spoke about the proposed law regarding stray street dogs.

"IT IS A SHELTER LAW, NOT A MASSACRE BILL"

Pınar expressed their full support for the bill, stating, "Street dogs should definitely be taken to shelters. We fully endorse the proposed law. The law is a shelter law, not a massacre or euthanasia bill. It includes putting down healthy dogs that could transmit diseases threatening public health for the welfare of animals."

"DOGS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO SHELTERS INSTEAD OF CHILDREN BEING TORN APART ON THE STREETS"

Pınar emphasized that the right to life of children is being violated, saying, "I thank our President and all the members of parliament who prioritize humans and children. It is mandatory to take care of dogs in their living areas instead of children being torn apart on the streets. Currently, the right to life of our children is being violated. There must be a process for adopting street dogs."
