The finals of the men's pole vault were held at Stade de France in the capital city of France, Paris. FINISHED 5TH IN THE OLYMPICSNational athlete Ersu Şaşma cleared 5.50, 5.70, 5.80, and 5.85 on his first attempts. He skipped his first attempt at 5.90 and failed to clear 5.95 on his two subsequent attempts, finishing the competition in 5th place. It is worth noting that Ersu Şaşma finished 10th in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
