According to the statements of the restaurant owner G.K. in the investigation file, he said that "the cylinder was changed on Saturday afternoon and the business was open until 02.00 at night." The initial evaluation made in accordance with the statements and information obtained within the scope of the investigation indicated that the restaurant served its customers for 12 hours after the cylinder was installed, the gas leaked from the cylinder filled the closed business with shutters, and the explosion occurred as a result of this.

In the expert report to be prepared regarding the incident, it will be investigated whether there is an alarm system for opening and closing gas in the restaurant, whether the cylinder is located in a closed area, whether the ventilation is sufficient, and the suitability of using an industrial type cylinder in the establishment.
