In the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the capital markets, a detention order was issued for 31 people, and 26 of the suspects were taken into custody. Within the scope of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Nusret Altınbaş, owner of Altınbaş Holding, while his brother İnan Altınbaş was among those taken into custody. All assets of other family members were frozen. In the investigation launched based on the SPK reports, allegations regarding the shares of 4 companies are being examined.
