Fenerbahçe's striker Edin Dzeko is preparing to transfer to the Croatian team Hajduk Split. Dzeko, who has accepted the offer from Hajduk Split's coach Gennaro Gattuso and sporting director Nikola Kalinic, will sign a 2-year contract.

According to Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset, Fenerbahçe's star player Edin Dzeko has accepted the offer from Croatian team Hajduk Split's manager Gennaro Gattuso and sporting director Nikola Kalinic.

The report states that Dzeko has agreed to all the conditions to join the Croatian team and will sign a 2-year contract with Hajduk Split.
