For the Nuggets, Jamal Murray starred with a double-double of 28 points and 12 assists, Jerami Grant registered a playoff career-high of 26 points, and Nikola Jokic chipped in with 22 points and 10 rebounds.
LeBron James led the Lakers' fight with a triple-double of 30 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds.
Anthony Davis also added 27 points for the Lakers, but the duo's efforts were not enough to avoid the loss.
