The statement procedures of 11 suspects, who were detained and referred to the courthouse as part of the drug investigation conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office targeting famous figures, have been completed. Among the suspects, Mehmet Rahşan, in whose home numerous drug-related materials were found, has been arrested. Ten individuals, including Aslıhan Turanlı, Berkay Şahin, Volkan Bahçekapılı, and Hakan Aydın (Blok3), were released under judicial supervision.
An investigation initiated by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding drug or stimulant substance use is ongoing. Within the scope of the investigation, operations were carried out by Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams at 25 addresses identified in Beşiktaş, Sarıyer, Beyoğlu, Kağıthane, Üsküdar, and Muğla. During the operation, 20 suspects, including famous names, were detained. The 20 suspects, whose interrogations at the Provincial Gendarmerie Command were completed, underwent health checks at Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Training and Research Hospital and were then referred to Forensic Medicine units to provide blood and hair samples. While 9 of the suspects who gave blood, hair, and urine samples were released, 11 were referred to the courthouse.
MEHMET RAHŞAN ARRESTED
The prosecutor's office statements of the 11 individuals referred to the courthouse have been completed. Among the suspects, Aslıhan Turanlı, Berkay Şahin, Volkan Bahçekapılı, Kübra İmren, Aycan Yağcı, Tuğçe Postoğlu, Eda Dora, Cansu Tekin were given a 'travel ban abroad' decision, while Yaşar Özdaş and Hakan Aydın were given 'judicial control with a travel ban abroad' decision. Suspect Mehmet Rahşan, who was referred with a request for arrest by the prosecutor's office, was arrested.
NUMEROUS MATERIALS FOUND AT HIS HOME
Search operations were also conducted at the addresses of the detained suspects. In the search at the address of suspect Mehmet Rahşan, who is in custody, 8 ecstasy pills, 26 grams of narcotic substance, a precision scale, 2 electronic cigarettes containing cannabis, 3 candies assessed to contain narcotic substances, empty syringes, and 2 empty lock bags were seized. In the search at the address of suspect Aycan Yağcı, 1 gram of cannabis was found.
Meanwhile, within the scope of the investigation file conducted by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was learned that among those for whom detention orders were issued but who are located in other provinces or abroad are names such as Serenay Sarıkaya, Tan Taşcı, Yağmur Ünal, Mirgün Sırrı Cabas, Hakan Aydın, and Niran Ünsal.
It was learned that actress Serenay Sarıkaya is abroad, while information was obtained that a search was conducted by police teams at singer Tan Taşçı's address in Muğla. It was learned that suspect Mirgün Sırrı Cabas's father had passed away and that he would come to Istanbul from Izmir. Information was obtained that efforts to capture Niran Ünsal in Muğla are ongoing.
WHO IS MEHMET RAHŞAN?
Dr. Mehmet Rahşan graduated from Hacettepe University Department of Dermatology in 2005. Working in his own clinic in Levent, Dr. Mehmet Rahşan obtained training certificates in skin rejuvenation, vascular lesion laser training, and micro-phototherapy methods for psoriasis treatment in Milan, Italy in 2006.
After completing his laser training in Italy, Dr. Mehmet Rahşan continued his training in botox, fillers, mesotherapy, and advanced anti-aging methods in France. In 2009, Dr. Mehmet Rahşan continued his training in Erbium YAG, ND YAG laser, laser rejuvenation, and laser treatment of varicose veins and capillaries in Slovenia.
A member of the Turkish Dermatology Association and the Dermatology and Venereal Diseases Association, Dr. Mehmet Rahşan speaks English and French. Dr. Mehmet Rahşan provides services at his own practice.
