CHP Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba, during his speech in the Parliament regarding the 2025 Budget discussions, claimed that AK Party Ankara Deputy Osman Gökçek had built a house worth 600 million lira and showed photos of the house. GÖKÇEK'S RESPONSE TO THE ALLEGATIONSOsman Gökçek responded to the allegations a day later through a post on his social media account. Gökçek stated, "The property in question belongs to me, and I declared it in my asset declaration when I was elected as a deputy. I am constructing a residential building for which I obtained a permit from the Gölbaşı Municipality on the land I purchased years ago. The lie machine Veli Ağbaba has claimed that the house is worth 600 million TL. This is completely false. I call on him from here. I am ready to sell it to anyone who brings this money tomorrow morning." Gökçek also stated that he would file a criminal complaint against those who shared photos of his land without permission.
