Following the arrest of the group's founder and manager, Tolga Akış, the fate of Manifest's concerts, new projects, and management process had become a matter of curiosity. While discussions were ongoing about how the group, consisting of Esin Bahat, Hilal Yelekçi, Lidya Pınar, Mina Solak, Sueda Uluca, and Zeynep Sude Oktay, would continue, Tepki's statement took the spotlight.
"I BOUGHT MANIFEST'S RIGHTS"
Tepki, whose real name is Kerem Gülsoy, stated that he purchased the rights to the Manifest project. The famous rapper said he made this decision to support Akış, using the words, "Because I love Tolga, I bought Manifest's rights. So that no one else would. I will hand them over as soon as Tolga returns to us."
Tepki also expressed that he was pleased with Manifest's current success and wanted the project to continue. The famous rapper said, "I am happy with Manifest's progress. That's why I bought it; I've also put it on pause."
TOLGA AKIŞ HAD BEEN ARRESTED
Manifest's founder and manager, Tolga Akış, had been detained at Istanbul Airport as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
After his procedures at the police station, Akış was referred to the courthouse, and following his statement to the prosecutor, he was arrested on charges of "publishing obscene images, writings, or words through the press and media, and acting as an intermediary for their publication."
