Özgür Özel, who was temporarily removed from the CHP Chairmanship by the court, exited the building shortly after security forces entered the CHP headquarters for his evacuation. Özel stated, 'Everyone is doing what suits them. I am very sorry. I am leaving this father's home to return in a way that no one can reach out again.'

Following the order to evacuate the CHP Headquarters in line with the court decision, police teams entered the party building as instructed by the Ankara Police Department.

Police teams intervened with pepper spray against the party members present in the garden and the building. After a period of scuffling, Özgür Özel, who was temporarily removed from the CHP Chairmanship by court order, left the CHP Headquarters. Making statements in front of the party building, Özel stated that he would march to the Parliament.
