Petrol Ofisi Group has acquired bp's fuel operations in Turkey.

Petrol Ofisi Group CEO Mehmet Abbasoğlu, expressing his excitement for the new era, stated, "We are very happy to welcome the new century of our Republic with a process that will serve as a reference for the sector and contribute to Turkey's energy transition goals. The share purchase agreement for the sale of bp's fuel operations in Turkey to Petrol Ofisi Group was signed on November 14, 2023, and the approval of the Competition Authority was granted on September 12, 2024.
