President Erdogan and President Aliyev have a sincere dialogue: They are quite lively, mashallah.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif of Pakistan.

President Erdogan held meetings with President Aliyev and Prime Minister Sharif as part of his visit to the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, for the 24th Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The meeting took place at the hotel where Erdogan was staying and was closed to the press.

GENUINE DIALOGUE BETWEEN ALIYEV AND ERDOGAN

At the beginning of the meeting, President Erdogan greeted President Aliyev of Azerbaijan by saying, "You look quite well, mashaAllah." Aliyev responded, "It's because of people like you."

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Trade Omer Bolat, and Presidential Foreign Policy and Security Advisor Ambassador Akif Cagatay Kilic were also present at the meeting.
