"We have left behind a painful year in the context of regional developments. We welcomed 2025 with new hopes. I pray to God that 2025 will be a year of peace for our Gazan brothers who have been experiencing massacres in front of the eyes of the whole world for the last 15 months. We have intensified our diplomatic contacts to increase international pressure on Israel. I thank all my citizens who came together on the morning of January 1st with the slogan 'A New Dawn is Rising.' Half a million of our brothers have shouted from Istanbul to the whole world that Gaza is not alone.

"THE STATE OF PALESTINE WILL INEVITABLY BE ESTABLISHED"

Some people are disturbed by this civil society gathering. Those who react are the ones who have not received a share of humanity and are devoid of conscience. Turkey's consultation with the oppressed makes the oppressors anxious and uncomfortable. Just as faith and justice prevailed in Syria after 61 years of Baath oppression, I hope that justice will also prevail in Palestine. The state of Palestine will inevitably be established.

STRUGGLE AGAINST INFLATION

We are also in a very good position regarding inflation and employment. The data from TÜİK has confirmed this. Inflation was 1.3 percent on a monthly basis in December. The annual inflation has decreased by 31 points compared to the peak level of 24 points in 2023. The downward trend will accelerate even more in 2025."
