President Erdoğan: Steps can also be taken with Musk.

Donald Trump, who was elected as the 47th President of the United States, has begun to gradually determine the names of his cabinet and close team members as he continues his preparations for a second presidential term.

In this context, the first appointment was, as expected, directed towards Elon Musk, who provided the greatest support to him during the election period. Trump announced that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy would head the Department of Government Efficiency. He commented on Musk's inclusion in the cabinet.

During his meeting with Trump, Erdoğan reminded journalists that billionaire businessman Elon Musk and his son were also present, stating that cooperation could be established with Musk regarding Turkey's efforts to go to space. Erdoğan said:

He is someone who closely follows technology and has also taken some serious technological steps. We had a meeting with him regarding this issue in Turkey. When we met him at the last United Nations General Assembly, he had brought his child with him and came to the Turkish House that way.
