Provocation in the courtroom of the Sinan Ateş case: Where is Mr. Kemal?

The first hearing of the trial opened for the assassination of Sinan Ateş, the former General Chairman of the Idealist Hearths, who was killed in an armed attack in Ankara, started 19 months later. Intensive security measures were taken around the Sincan Penal Execution Institutions Campus due to the trial. While a police search point was set up near the campus, there was heavy traffic at the entrance.

Özgür Özel, the CHP Chairman, who was present in the courtroom and sat next to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on one side and Ayşe Ateş on the other, stated in his social media post, "We are following the trial of Sinan Ateş, the former General Chairman of the Idealist Hearths, in Sincan. PROVOCATION IN THE COURTROOM BY ATEŞ'S ASSASSIN

According to journalist Murat Ağırel, Doğukan Çep, one of the detained defendants of Sinan Ateş's case, called out to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was sitting next to Ayşe Ateş and Özgür Özel on the left side of the courtroom, saying "Where is Mr. Kemal". Doğukan Çep was removed from the courtroom by the gendarmerie.

REQUEST FROM THE PRESIDING JUDGE "DO NOT FALL FOR PROVOCATIONS"

The presiding judge requested that Doğukan Çep be brought back to the courtroom and he was brought back. The presiding judge said that such situations could occur and said, "Do not fall for provocations."

REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE FROM MHP

Lawyer İbrahim Ethem Yiğit, on behalf of MHP, submitted a petition requesting to participate in the trial.
