With a decision published in the Official Gazette under the signature of President Erdoğan, Hasbağlar village, which was attached to the Adaklı district of Bingöl, was attached to the Kiğı district. The decision taken on October 16, 2026, entered into force within the scope of the Provincial Administration Law No. 5442. While the district to which the village was attached changed, its location within the provincial borders of Bingöl was preserved.
A Presidential Decision changing the administrative affiliation of a village in Bingöl was published in the Official Gazette dated October 16, 2026 and numbered 33402.
With the decision bearing the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, it was decided that Hasbağlar village, affiliated with Adaklı district, would be affiliated with Kiğı district.
DECISION PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
The decision taken on October 15, 2026, was implemented pursuant to Article 2 of the Provincial Administration Law No. 5442.
With the regulation, while the administrative affiliation of Hasbağlar village is transferred from Adaklı to Kiğı, the village will continue to remain within the borders of Bingöl province.
The decision did not include any explanation regarding the justification for the change in administrative affiliation.
