Russia has been hit once again by US missiles, the Ministry of Defense said, "A response will be given."

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine has resumed attacks on the Russian territory of the Kursk region using American-made long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) missiles, and that a response will be given.

RUSSIA HIT BY 5 AMERICAN-MADE ATACMS MISSILES

In a statement from the ministry, it was noted that the Ukrainian army has used Western long-range weapons in attacks on targets in the Kursk region over the past 3 days. The statement included, "On November 23, an attack was carried out with 5 American-made ATACMS missiles on the location of the S-400 missile system. 3 of them were destroyed by the Pantsir Air Defense System, while 2 reached their target. As a result of the attack, the air defense system was damaged, and military personnel were injured."

"PREPARATIONS FOR A RESPONSE ARE UNDERWAY"

In the statement regarding the attack on the Kursk Vostochny Airport on November 25, it was reported that 8 ATACMS missiles were used: "7 of them were shot down by the Pantsir system, and 1 reached its target. As a result of missile debris falling, 2 Russian soldiers were lightly injured, and damage occurred to infrastructure facilities. The attacked locations were examined, and it was determined that the Ukrainian army used American-made ATACMS missiles. The Russian Ministry of Defense is keeping the situation under control and is making preparations for a response."

WHAT HAPPENED?

The Russian Ministry of Defense had reported last week that Ukraine had attacked the Russian territory of Bryansk with ATACMS missiles. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that in response to the use of American and British long-range weapons by the Ukrainian army, an attack was carried out on one of Ukraine's military and industrial complex facilities, and during these attacks, one of Russia's medium-range missile systems was tested with a ballistic missile equipped with non-nuclear hypersonic equipment under combat conditions. Putin also approved a doctrine that allows for a nuclear response if his country is subjected to ballistic missile attacks.
