RUSSIA: WE HIT A MILITARY INDUSTRIAL FACILITY
Following the explosion, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that they had struck a military industrial facility in the area. In a statement from the ministry, it was stated that the Russian army continues its attacks on targets in Ukraine. The statement noted that during the day, the "Fire Point" military industrial facility, which produces chemical substances for cruise missiles, was hit in the Kyiv region, and it was reported that unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were used in the attack.
MILITARY DEPOTS ALSO HIT
In the statement from the ministry, it was noted that the Russian army struck a warehouse in the Kyiv region where parts and fuel for cruise missiles were stored at logistics centers used by the Ukrainian army. It was also reported that this attack was carried out with UAVs as well.
UKRAINE CONTINUES ITS ATTACKS: RUSSIAN OIL REFINERY TARGETED
Meanwhile, Ukraine's attacks on Russia also continue. President Volodymyr Zelensky, announcing that they had carried out an attack on an oil refinery in Russia's Yaroslavl region, said, "The distance is 1000 kilometers from the front line. We have also had rightful responses to Russia's war in the Black Sea."
Zelensky also stated that the Ukrainian army had carried out an attack on a missile-carrying Tu-95MS aircraft in the Russian city of Engels, saying, "These are the aircraft that carry out attacks against Ukraine. I thank all our fighters for their precision. All of this is a response to their attacks. Russians should feel what their war is like."
ONE OF RUSSIA'S LARGEST REFINERIES
The Slavneft-YaNOS refinery, which is stated to have been hit by the Ukrainian army's FP-1 UAV, is one of the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation. The facility, which has an annual processing capacity of approximately 15 million tons of oil, produces gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, and other petroleum products.
