President Volodymyr Zelensky, announcing that they had carried out an attack on an oil refinery in Russia's Yaroslavl region, said, "The distance is 1000 kilometers from the front line. Zelensky also stated that the Ukrainian army had carried out an attack on a missile-carrying Tu-95MS aircraft in the Russian city of Engels, saying, "These are the aircraft that carry out attacks against Ukraine.
