Russian tech giant Yandex's data center in the Vladimir region was damaged in Ukraine's UAV attack and completely ceased operations. Due to the fire that broke out after the attack, two transformer substations supplying electricity to approximately 5,000 people were put out of service. While Yandex warned its customers about possible disruptions, it was announced that three separate data centers of the company in Russia had been damaged in attacks over the past three days.
Russian technology company Yandex announced that its data center in the Vladimir region was damaged in Ukraine's unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack and that its operations came to a complete halt. Following the attack, a fire broke out in the region, while two transformer substations supplying electricity to approximately 5,000 people were also disabled.

WARNING FROM YANDEX TO ITS CUSTOMERS
In a statement made by Yandex, it was stated that no one was injured in the attack carried out by Ukraine, and that emergency teams and company experts continue their work in the region.
The company, reporting that Yandex Cloud infrastructure services are being maintained under emergency conditions, advised its customers to deploy their alternative systems.
The statement also warned that disruptions may be experienced in technical support channels.

Vladimir Regional Governor Aleksandr Avdeyev announced that a fire broke out after the attack on the infrastructure in the region.
Avdeyev announced that two transformer substations supplying electricity to approximately 5,000 people were disabled due to the attack.
THREE DATA CENTERS DAMAGED IN THREE DAYS
Yandex's data centers in Russia had previously been damaged in UAV attacks as well.
The company had announced that its data center in the town of Sasovo in the Ryazan region was attacked on October 8, and its facility in the Kaluga region was attacked on October 9.
While the operations of the data center in Sasovo came to a complete halt, part of the infrastructure of the facility in Kaluga became unusable.
With the latest attack in the Vladimir region, damage occurred at Yandex's data centers in three separate regions.
