Şahan Gökbakar's luxury villa turned out to be illegal! Demolition decision has been made.

Comedian Şahan Gökbakar bought a villa in Marmaris Delikyol Bay in 2018. Previously, Şahan Gökbakar, who had caused a lot of discussion by pouring sea sand and leaving a vault with a zodiac boat by putting up a sign saying "Private property, no entry" on the beach, turned out to have an illegal villa.

LEGAL PROCESS INITIATED

According to the news in Yeni Asır, the examination conducted by the Muğla Directorate of Environment and Urbanization revealed that the region is not open to development and that illegal buildings have been constructed. A demolition decision was made for Gökbakar's villa in the area designated as "Protected Natural Area". It was learned that a letter was also sent to Marmaris Municipality for the implementation of the decision. Şahan Gökbakar, who opposed the demolition decision, initiated a legal process. The demolition process could not be started due to the issue being taken to court.

"PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO ENTRY" SIGN WAS HUNG

The famous comedian had previously put up a sign saying "Private Property, No Entry" and poured sea sand and left a vault with a zodiac boat into the sea because he was disturbed by people swimming in front of his villa, which he bought for 10 million liras. The images of the comedian hanging the sign had caused the Muğla Directorate of Environment and Urbanization to initiate an investigation at that time.
