The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of counterfeit and adulterated foods. 25 new products have been added to the list. The list highlights minced meat, tea, olive oil, and butter, while an active pharmaceutical ingredient was detected in 4 products of a company operating in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul. It was noted that most of the brand's products are also sold on online sales platforms.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announces brands that counterfeit and adulterate food products on the website 'guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr'. The site features companies, brands, and products that endanger health under the headings 'Foods That Will Endanger Health' and 'Counterfeit and Adulterated Foods'. 

25 MORE PRODUCTS ADDED TO THE BLACKLIST

A total of 25 new products have been added to the list, including 4 products that will endanger health. The list includes products such as minced meat, tea, olive oil, and butter. 

FOOD DYE IN BLACK TEA

In a product sold by a brand labeled 'beef minced meat', poultry meat was detected. Again, in a product sold by a company labeled 'black tea', food dye was identified. 

4 PRODUCTS OF A COMPANY IN ISTANBUL CONTAINED MEDICINE

It was reported that the dietary supplement, paste, gas release, and forest fruit tea of the MMİ İLAÇ company operating in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul contained active pharmaceutical ingredients. It was observed that dozens of products of the MMİ İLAÇ company were available for sale on online sales platforms.
