Scandalous words from a US Congressman: Killing Palestinians is the best diplomacy.

US Representative Brian Mast, speaking at the Congress building, told Medea Benjamin, one of the founders of the anti-war non-governmental organization (NGO) he was addressing, that killing Palestinians he referred to as "terrorists" was the "best diplomacy".

"BEST DIPLOMATIC TACTIC"

Republican Party member Mast shared the video of his speech with Benjamin, one of the founders of the international NGO "Code Pink" formed by anti-war women, on his X account.

Sharing the video with the expression "Killing terrorists is the best diplomatic tactic. First America", Mast said during the dialogue, "The best diplomacy is killing Palestinian terrorists."

In the 56-second video, Mast said, "You don't believe in serving in the US military or in the military field. It doesn't matter to me to talk about the military to you," while Jewish activist Benjamin replied, "I don't believe in killing, stop killing each other."

"ARE CHILDREN WITHOUT LIMBS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAMAS?"

Mast once again said, "Israelis are killing terrorists, especially Palestinian terrorists. This is one of the best diplomatic ways we have against a terrorist."

Wearing a pink t-shirt with the words "Free Palestine," Benjamin replied, "You have lost your limbs too. Did you see the children without legs and arms in Gaza? Were they responsible for Hamas?"

WORKED AS A VOLUNTEER FOR ISRAEL

Before entering politics, Mast, who served in the US military and lost both legs during his mission in Afghanistan, has information on his personal website that he worked as a volunteer for the Israeli army for a while.

HE CAME TO THE CONGRESS BUILDING IN ISRAELI ARMY UNIFORM

Brian Mast, representing the state of Florida on behalf of the Republican Party (GOP) in the House of Representatives, was seen in the Congress building wearing the uniform of the Israeli army 6 days after Israel launched attacks on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

Referring to Palestinian-American Democratic Party Representative Rashida Tlaib's raising of the Palestinian flag outside the Congress building on October 10, Mast said to the journalists around him, "If Tlaib has a flag, I have a uniform."
