THE HOSPITAL'S LICENSE HAD BEEN REVOKED

Seçim Öztürk, the owner of Özel Şafak Hospital, which was closed on September 28 after its license was revoked following an investigation into the newborn gang, claimed that no false invoices were submitted to SGK. He stated that the products they received from a company were invoiced and that all the fees collected were not related to surgeries or other operations.

SCANDALOUS STATEMENT FOR 16 THOUSAND WRONG SURGERIES

Öztürk expressed that no baby died in their hospitals during the two-year investigation period. He also rejected reports regarding the hospital's relocation from Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa to Sakarya. Speaking about the reporting of 16 thousand wrong eye surgeries in their hospitals, the hospital owner used scandalous statements. Öztürk said, "Yes, we have a problem in the field of ophthalmology."
