As part of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the allegation of 'encouraging illegal gambling', a detention order was issued for 23 individuals, including singer Serdar Ortaç and presenter Mehmet Ali Erbil, on Monday morning.
Serdar Ortaç and Mehmet Ali Erbil were sentenced to 'house arrest' by the court they were brought before. Both individuals were also subjected to judicial control conditions.

Last night, Serdar Ortaç made a radical decision and closed his Instagram account. While Ortaç's Instagram account was inaccessible, it was observed that he continued to keep his X (Twitter) account open.
Ortaç had 3.4 million followers on Instagram.
