A citizen who came to Eskişehir from Bilecik realized that a bag containing belongings worth approximately 1500 TL, which he had left in the shoe rack at Çarşı Mosque while entering to pray, was stolen. Upon the report, police teams who arrived at the scene launched an investigation to catch the unidentified suspect.

LEFT THE BAG AND WENT TO PRAY
The incident occurred at Çarşı Mosque, located on Hamamyolu Street in the Arifiye neighborhood of Odunpazarı district. According to the information obtained, a citizen who came to Eskişehir from the Bozüyük district of Bilecik entered the mosque to worship. The citizen left a bag containing personal belongings worth approximately 1,500 TL in the shoe rack area at the entrance, and then went inside to pray.
SAW IT AS AN OPPORTUNITY WHILE HE WAS PRAYING
An unidentified suspect, who took advantage of the moment while the citizen was praying, entered the mosque, took the bag from the shoe rack, and quickly fled the scene. After the prayer, the victimized citizen noticed his bag was missing and reported it, upon which police teams were dispatched to the address.
The teams that arrived at the scene launched an extensive investigation in the area to identify and catch the suspect.
