The trial has been opened against Fatma Zehra Kınık, the daughter of former Red Crescent President Kerem Kınık, regarding the accident in which a 17-year-old motorcycle rider lost his life in Istanbul's Beykoz district, with a prison sentence of 2 to 15 years demanded. THE 16-YEAR-OLD BOY LOST HIS LIFE IN THE ACCIDENTThe motorcycle driven by Yavuz Selim Öztürk, 17 years old, collided with the car driven by Fatma Zehra Kınık on Fatih Sultan Mehmet Street in Kavacık neighborhood, Beykoz. Batın Barlas Çeki, 16 years old, who was sitting in the back of the motorcycle, lost his life in the hospital. 15 YEARS IN PRISON DEMANDED FOR THE DAUGHTER OF FORMER RED CRESCENT PRESIDENT KINIKAn indictment was prepared by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Zehra Kınık regarding the accident in which 4 people were injured. Kınık, who is accused of "causing death and injury by negligence," will appear before the judge on October 30th. FOUND TO BE 50% AT FAULTKınık, who was detained after the accident, was released pending trial. According to the accident investigation report prepared for the traffic accident in which 3 people were injured, both the car and motorcycle drivers were found to be 50% at fault.
