Shocking claim shakes Turkish football: Hacıosmanoğlu appointed his nephew as the general secretary at TFF.

Last week, Ibrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu took the seat in the presidency election at the Turkish Football Federation.

Immediately after being elected president, Hacıosmanoğlu requested the resignation of all committees. However, Bayram Saral from the board of directors delivered bad news to Hacıosmanoğlu and announced his resignation due to deep differences of opinion.

However, a claim made during the appointment process shook Turkish football deeply. It was alleged that Abdullah Ayaz, the new General Secretary of the TFF, is the nephew of Ibrahim Hacıosmanoğlu. Journalist Tahir Kum, who brought up the claim, used the following words: "Isn't it interesting that the TFF management did not make any announcement or statement regarding the president's nephew (his sister's son) who was appointed as the General Secretary?"

Abdullah Ayaz, born in Trabzon on February 1, 1981, completed his primary education at Üsküdar Selimiye Primary School and his secondary education at Burhan Felek High School. Ayaz, who graduated from Yeditepe University's Department of Architecture in 2007, is fluent in English. Ayaz, who is married, is currently pursuing a master's degree in the Department of Architecture at the same university. Ayaz has served as a founder and manager in various non-governmental organizations operating in the fields of profession, education, sports, health, culture, and social assistance.
