STATEMENT AFTER THE FUND BOARD MEETING

With these transactions, completed in cash and in kind through Ziraat Bank, significant progress was made in the process. Following the latest payments, the number of funds in liquidation decreased from 131 to 65.

The statement included the following statements: "The Sixth Fund Board Meeting was held under the chairmanship of our Vice President. The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and the relevant institutions and organizations of these ministries participated in the meeting.

Pursuant to previous Fund Coordination Board decisions, the Bill that will ensure that the liquidation process in certain investment funds whose liquidation was decided by the Capital Markets Board is carried out in a fair, transparent, and effective manner and that payments are brought under legal protection was accepted by the TBMM Plan and Budget Committee on 14.10.2026. The Bill is expected to be discussed in the General Assembly next week.

NUMBER OF FUNDS IN LIQUIDATION PROCESS DROPPED TO 65

The Fund Coordination Board raised the first assessments regarding a new draft regulation envisaging permanent and comprehensive changes to the Capital Markets Law, in addition to the current bill accepted by the Plan and Budget Committee, in order to eliminate structural problems in capital markets, strengthen regulatory and supervisory mechanisms, and increase the deterrent effect of sanctions and penalties.

On the other hand, from the beginning of the liquidation process to the present; in-kind and cash liquidation transactions totaling approximately 40.8 billion Turkish lira for more than 45 thousand people in 66 separate investment funds managed by A1 Portfolio Management Company Inc., Bulls Portfolio Management Company Inc., and Pardus Portfolio Management Company Inc. have been completed by Ziraat Bank. Thus, the number of funds in the liquidation process decreased from 131 to 65.

In addition, with the CMB's Decision dated 15.10.2026, it was decided that the liquidation transactions regarding the funds founded by Hedef Portfolio Management Company Inc. shall also be subject to the principles determined for the funds founded by these 3 portfolio management companies. Next week, within this scope, payments are planned to be made to the maximum number of people, especially those in money market funds."
