Razvozhayev, stating that a soldier opened fire on his comrades and civilians in the village of Khmelnytskiy near the city of Sevastopol in Crimea, said that as a result, 4 people, one soldier and three civilians, lost their lives, and 4 people were injured.

Razvozhayev, reporting that the attacker was detained, noted that an investigation has been launched into the incident.
