Companies that play with public health are being exposed one by one. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of food fraudsters. The latest brands and products involved in food fraud have been published on the website "guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr".

FRAUD IN THE MOST CONSUMED FOOD PRODUCTS

The list dated November 25 included again stomach-churning details. It was revealed that fraud and deception occurred in products such as butter, aged cheese, powdered pepper, chocolate, and sausage.

AGAIN, THEY USED DONKEY MEAT

According to the list, horse and donkey meat were detected in the sausage sold by a butcher in Adana. The same butcher was also found to have sold horse and donkey meat as beef in the list dated November 18.

FRAUD IN AGED CHEESE, BUTTER, AND POWDERED PEPPER

The list revealed that the fresh aged cheese branded "Aydil Gazioğlu" contained vegetable oil and starch. Foreign substances were found in the powdered pepper branded "Ege Baharat". It was also noted that the butter branded "Doğadan Süt Çiftliği" was a mixture of vegetable oils.
