Having lived away from the public eye for a long time, Şoray Uzun expressed his outrage, stating that despite loading money onto his HGS account, the fee was not deducted, and he later paid a penalty amount.

In a post on his social media account regarding the issue, Uzun said, "I used the Istanbul-İzmir highway in the summer. My HGS balance was insufficient. I loaded it the next day. The system did not deduct it. Sometimes it happens like this. I deposited it in the bank, but for some reason, the system did not deduct it! I paid four times the amount of my illegal passage. Now there’s a collection process, legal fees, and I will pay 8300 lira for a 700 lira passage. There is an injustice here. I do not forgive my rights," he stated.
