In the Samandağ district of Hatay, a bakery determined not to comply with hygiene rules during inspections by municipal police teams was sealed. An administrative commission decision also imposed a fine on the business. Municipal Police Chief Önder Şimşek announced that bakeries and food production and sales places are inspected at least 3 times a year.
A bakery in Samandağ was banned from operating after it was determined that hygiene rules were not being followed.
HYGIENE DEFICIENCIES DETECTED DURING INSPECTION
Teams from the Samandağ Municipality Municipal Police Directorate conducted an inspection at a bakery in the district. During the inspections, it was determined that the business was not complying with hygiene rules.
BANNED FROM OPERATING
In line with the administrative committee decision, a fine was imposed on the business. The bakery was sealed and banned from operating.
“INSPECTIONS WILL CONTINUE”
Municipal Police Chief Önder Şimşek stated that bakeries and food production and sales establishments in the district are inspected at least 3 times a year. Şimşek stated that inspections aimed at protecting public health are continuing.
