The district with the highest number of real estate sales was Şehitkamil in Gaziantep.

According to TKGM data, from the beginning of 2024 until December 16, the highest number of real estate sales was in Istanbul with 326,737, while in district-based data, Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep ranked first with 29,437. According to TKGM data, real estate sales concentrated in metropolitan areas were mostly made in Istanbul, with 326,737 sales. Istanbul alone accounted for approximately 9% of real estate sales. Ankara took the second place with 191,929 real estate sales, while other provinces were İzmir with 132,809 sales, Bursa with 102,950 sales, and Antalya with 101,726 sales.

Throughout the year, the district with the highest number of real estate sales was Şehitkamil in Gaziantep. In this district, 29,437 real estate sales were made. The second place was taken by Esenyurt district of Istanbul, where 28,803 real estate sales were made in 2024. Şahinbey district of Gaziantep ranked third with 27,173 sales. Çankaya, the most populous district of Ankara, was fourth with 25,026 real estate sales, while Nilüfer district of Bursa secured the fifth place with 23,288 sales. Additionally, in 2024, a total of 2,822,712 properties were sold. Of these properties, 1,256,901 were in the housing category.
